Polar Star SR discs offered provides for energy saving performance with low carbon footprint. It finds suitability for handling processes like carrying out paint shops, spot repair as well as in automotive refinish processes among others. Some of its features include suitable for wet sanding and in removal of dust particles in top coats and clear coats; suitable for hand & machine sanding; suited for materials like paint sanding, lacquers among others; resin over resin bonding support; water resistant PSA adhesive.

This product is primarily designed for wet sanding, for correction of small painting defects and removing of dust particles in top coats and clear coats. Suitable for both machine and hand sanding.
Technical Specification:

Polarstar SR 32 mm discs are available as 3 micron (P5000), 5 micron (P3000) and 7 micron (P2500) and sold as rolls (500 discs) and in envelopes (100 discs).
-Designed to quickly remove dirt and other surface defects.
-It produces a model of easily removable scratch with polishing.
-Clefts in the surface of the disc removed waste originated when sanded.
Designed for use with Sanders for MROS125 and MROS150 available finishes in grains of 3, 5 and 7, with presentation in packages of 100 pieces or in rolls of 500 units.
